Our gourmet pepper jellies are made from fresh ingredients, unlike others that use artificial sweeteners, flavorings or coloring.
Please enjoy this delicious jelly in the traditional way of crackers (pretzel are my favorite) and cream cheese! So many of you have asked me for my recipe for my whipped cream cheese. Here it is!
Beat 3 TBSP Whole Milk with 1 (8 oz.) brick of cream cheese using electric mixer. š Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

There are many other ways to serve it. Here are some of my favorites.
Use as a dipping sauce for breaded shrimp, chicken, spring rolls and egg rolls
Use as a glaze on grilled chicken, chicken wings, fish, shrimp, ham and pork ribs/loins/chops
Pile it on your favorite cheeseburger or in a smoked turkey wrap with bacon
Serve with pulled pork, chopped Vidalia onions and shredded cabbage
Anything with bacon pairs well with this
Fill tostitos (scoops) with cream cheese and jelly
Make a nacho plate with chips, white cheese, bacon bits, chopped scallions, shredded grilled chicken with warm jelly drizzled on top
Dip fried or steamed wontons filled with cream cheese and scallions into the jelly. You can also use pork or chicken filled wontons š
Combine the jelly with meatballs or little smokies in a crock pot
Serve on toasted buttermilk biscuits, bagels, or english muffins with cream cheese or peanut butter
